This Privacy Policy explains how STL Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit seantylerlee.com (the “Site”), including the FleetDispatch interactive demo. STL Apps LLC is the sole owner and operator of this Site.

This page is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. Privacy laws vary by location. If you need advice about your rights, consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.

Who we are

STL Apps LLC owns and operates this Site and is the sole owner of the products shown here, including Permit Path, HaulPath, Pilot Car 4 Hire, and FleetDispatch. No other person or entity owns this Site or the information practices described on this page.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the company Site only. It is a marketing and information site. It does not have user accounts, payments, listings, file uploads, or in-app location tracking.

Each live product has its own privacy practices. Those policies control when you use that product:

• Permit Path privacy
• HaulPath legal and privacy
• Pilot Car 4 Hire privacy

A live FleetDispatch deployment for a customer is a private company system. Its data practices are set in that customer’s written agreement, not by this page.

Information we handle on this Site

1. Information you send us

If you email seantylerlee@icloud.com or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever you include — typically your email address, name if you give one, and the content of your message. We use that only to reply, evaluate a project or support request, and keep a record of the conversation as needed to run the business.

The automatic quote tool on this Site runs in your browser. We do not store the options you pick as an account on this Site. If you use “Save quote” or “I’m interested,” a PDF of the estimate is downloaded to your device and a copy of that quote (including your name, email, and project notes if you entered them) is sent to STL Apps LLC so we can reply.

2. Technical and hosting data

The Site is a static website. Hosting and your browser may record ordinary technical data so the Site can be served and stay online, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time, and referral URL. We do not use this Site to build marketing profiles or sell advertising.

3. No accounts on this Site

This Site does not ask you to create an account, does not store personal profiles, and does not process payments.

4. FleetDispatch demo

The interactive FleetDispatch demo on this Site is a local, in-browser simulation. Sample names, loads, and tickets shown there are fictional. The demo is not a live company system and is not intended to collect your personal information. If your browser stores temporary demo state, that stays on your device and is not sent to STL Apps LLC as an account.

Third-party services on this Site

This Site may load or be delivered through third parties, including:

• Site hosting (currently GitHub Pages and related CDN infrastructure) to deliver the pages.
• Google Fonts to display type. Google may receive your IP address and standard request data when fonts load. See Google’s privacy policy.

We do not control those third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to data they process.

This Site does not use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies. If we later add analytics or other tools, we will update this policy.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, and maintain the Site
• Respond to email and project inquiries
• Evaluate whether to take on custom work
• Protect the company, enforce our Terms, and comply with law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this Site for third-party advertising.

When we share information

We share information only when needed:

• With service providers that host or deliver the Site, under their terms
• If the law requires it, or to protect STL Apps LLC, users, or others
• In connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the company
• With your direction, for example if you ask us to email someone else

Sean Tyler Lee may read business email as a member of STL Apps LLC. That does not transfer ownership of the Site or of your information to any other entity.

Retention

Hosting logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for operations and security. Email and project correspondence are kept as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, run the business, and meet legal or tax obligations, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course.

Children

This Site is for a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can choose not to email us. You can ask us to delete a conversation you started, and we will do so unless we must keep a record (for example, a legal claim or an ongoing project). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email seantylerlee@icloud.com.

Product-account deletion and data requests for Permit Path, HaulPath, or Pilot Car 4 Hire are handled under those products’ own policies.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means the new policy applies to that use.
